Don’t take maintenance cover with OUTsurance
I took OUTsurance maintenance insurance and it’s very affordable BUT it comes with a prize ! You cannot claim! I had to pay R9300 for cambelt and I’m so angry and feel stupid for trusting them with this cover! Stick to normal insurance with them but not maintenance cover

John addressed your concerns and he discussed the warranty claim in detail with you. Your cambelt was due for replacement, as per your vehicle's service interval. This isn't a sudden and unforeseen incident therefore not a valid motor warranty claim.
