Don't Recommend Outsurance Motor Warranty

Two years ago I took out a motor warranty with Outsurance to insure my vehicle as it had become somewhat old. All along I thought to myself that I was covered, however as expected there was about 9 documents required just to get my claim approved. Following weeks of back and forth, my claim was finally declined and was informed that due to the breach of contract, whereby I had missed a service my claim couldnt be approved.

I was then told that because the breach happened some time during cover, I would be refunded my premiums back. This meant I could at least get some repairs done on my vehicle. Though this wasnt enough for the repairs but at least I could add to the funds. A month later am calling Outsurance every single week without fail and my premiums are still nowhere to be found. Every time I call the matter is getting escalated.

When they took my money there was no need for escalations but now that they need to give it back theres forever stories.
