Don't let the big company fool you!
Don'tet this big company fool you! I tought we have the best cover. We've been with them for more than 5yrs and the first claim you try to make its a problem yes they can give you cheaper premiums but don't be fooled when it comes to claiming it's another story. They will come up with many tricks saying its stated in youre contract

We would never act in an ********* manner. After responding privately to your review, we escalated the matter to our Maletsatsi our claims manager.
Maletsatsi contacted you to address your concerns. It was established that you weren't happy with our claims process when a 3rd party bumps into you. Below is our claims process:
1. We will register your claim and follow our validation process
2. Your vehicle will be assessed to determine the scope of damage
3. A panel beater will be appointed in your area
4. You will pay your excess upfront to the panel beater in order for them to order the parts
5. Our legal team will attempt to recover your excess as well as our claim costs from the 3rd party
Unfortunately, the damage to your vehicle was under the excess therefore you are liable for the claim costs.
