DON'T INSURE WITH THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY

Outsurance is a horrid company to be insured with. They just take your money, and when it comes time for them to sort out what you are insured for, the nightmare starts. They do not complete claims and closes them in the pretext that it's complete. They also do horrible jobs in that you will begin to have issues with what their contractors did almost immediately. They will not rectify the subpar and incomplete jobs that their contractors did. For approximately a year we are trying to get Outsurance to sort out the subpar job that their contractor did and they are failing to attend to it. Do not insure with this piece of **** company.
