dont do what is advertised

Got a new car. Got a quote from outsurance as well as other insurance companies. Outsurance could not beat dial direct. 4 sales persons phoned me on the same day and not one of them even tried to beat dial direct and as advertised on radio and tv.IF CANT BEAT YOUR CURRENT Insurance we will pay you R400. Its been two weeks since I got my car and Outsurance has no followed through with their promise. Highly annoyed that not one of the consultants did not ask for any further info to follow up on their promise as advertised
