Don't believe the "challenge" hype

I requested for a quote for my vehicles from outsurance last month, and they could not beat my current premium. first of all, the first person I spoke to (gershon) did not even send me my written quote, and got back to me a week later, and didn't even offer me the specialized package for my very old vehicle. when the second consultant got back to me, I accepted the quote for one vehicle which I wanted only third party insurance on, but rejected the other two that they could not beat. when I requested for the link for the challenge, I was told that they can't send me the link because I am a client - I was not advised by the consultant about this. I'm now actually wondering if I have to put a claim through, I would be assisted and advised accordingly. it's only been a month, but I am really re-considering...
