Done with Outsurance
I am done with Outsurance. After over 20 years I have finally had enough. Outsurance will gladly take a monthly out and about premium on R19000 for a Macbook, but come claim time (after the laptop was ******), they want to replace with a unit far less in price of only R15000 (and still charge me a R820 excess) from a supplier I have never heard of, and they side step my questions when it comes to the supplier's credibility and related product warranty issues.
Outsurance, I am moving my insurance. Farewell!!
