Don't waste your time

<p>My vehicle was involved in an accident that was not our fault, vehicle was s****ped I was paid out in one week (Not to bad) lost my no claim bonus (This was ever explained to me when I took out the insurance that even if you are not responsible for the accident you lose your no claim bonus) I had to pay an excess that was expected after two months I called to find out when I would be refunded my excess to be told they are busy with it, from month three I called weekly and finally after four months they started the litigation process and was finally paid out two weeks after that. Outsurance call centre is not very helpful, there is zero after sales service and won’t do anything unless you constantly bother them. I am in the process of cancelling all my Outsurnce policies.</p> <p> </p>
