Don't use Outsurance!

I was initially very impressed with Outsurance after our accident. We expected the car to be written off but they decided (the assessor) that they will rather fix the car at over R120 000. It is a new VW Jetta. The car was taken to their choice of panelbeaters which is useless to say the least. It is now 5 months later and the problems are still not fixed. I sent an e-mail to Outsurance explaining our problems (after probably more than an hour on the phone with them the last 5 months). The car is NOT sorted and we are not happy with the decision that Outsurance made to have the car fixed. They can take the car and pay us out for it if they are happy with the service we have received and the way the car looks now. Then they have the audacity to put our premium up 25% for the Jetta after an accident that wasn't even our fault!!!! I would like a response to the increased premium and what to do about the car which is not looking good. I am seriously considering a new insurance company.
