Don't try to claim from Outsurance

My house was broken into 19 days ago. Since the assessor (Lulama) came to see me I have had nothing but frustratingly inadequate answers from Outsurance. I have also been passed to another assessor (Biko) who ALSO doesn't know how to handle the claim. Why do you specify items for a certain amount only to be told that they will only pay out less than half of said specified item????? I have emailed and called but there is either no answer or replies to emails that merely state that they need more time!!! This has been going on for more than tow weeks already! This is absurd!!! Why do I pay insurance only to be done in when something happens and I need to claim????
