Don't know what the word NO meen

<p>Since I previously complain about Outsurance, the way they treat me, after they could 't improve on my insurance, they phone me an appologize for their behavour. But sincce then, they phone me ever week, I had told them on several occation that I'm not interested in their service. But they go now so far to contact me from a number "Withheld. They don't want to take NO for a answer. They force me te get rude with them. And even that wouldn't stop them phoning me every week. I am realy sick and tired for their abuse </p>
