Don't do what they said in their Adverti*****t

Outsurance said in their adverti*****t on TV and radio, if they can't beat your currant insurance they will give your R400. On the 26th March they contact me, after they get my number from someone I do not know. They go through the hole process, and after they told me what they quoted, I told them that my currant Insurance is R100 cheaper on the same insured amount as they quote me. The person who spoke to me, don't like it and just cut the telephone conversation short after they use 40min of my time and through the phone down in my ear. It also happen with my dad some weeks ago. Why this attitude if they can't beat your quote, They said if they can't beat it they paid you R400.00. It is all clear they are liers, and take the public for fools
