Don't choose Outsurance!!
<p>I have been trying to cancel my insurance with Outsurance and there seems to be no way out. Last month they confirmed closure but this month debited me again. I also wrote off unfair debits but will do a separate rating for that. This all resulted from their MANAGERS incompetence (Cole). </p>

The last two people I spoke to was very efficient & understood me. Wish all your staff was at the same level.
They almost made me regret leaving Outsurance - It’s a pity I needed to go this far to get justice. I will definitely consider returning to Outsurance in future.
