does outsurance care???????

They do pay better than other insurance however getting information from them is a major mission. We are a complex insured by them and have been without power for 6 days.

I am asking what rules residents wanting to install a generator would have to follow with regards to the installation to insure the complex is still insured and no one can tell me

Surely it is a standard list of requirements. It now has to go to underwriting and that might take 48 hours ***? The people have been without power for 6 days and they want to hire generators?

Also I am unable to use the outsurance app and since I work all day I am not able to take personal calls. I have asked for this to be sorted but no one cares.

The claims are also paid out and no one knows what they are paying since the amount never correspondence to the invoices and we get no written correspondance
