Does not honour claims
Pet Insurance. Worst service. Very quick to sign you up as a new client, however when it comes to claims, watch them show true colours. Been over 17 days waiting for response on claim for a pup. requested previous medical history of 4 month old pup.provided to them. They called the vet to verify. Still 2 weeks and no response. The consultant does not have courtesy to respond to calls or emails. Claim is for R1000 with a R500 excess. god forbid if it was a larger claim. Stay away
