Does not comply with POPI Act
Please stay away from Outsurance policies. I have just cancelled my Life Cover with them. Someone contacted them requesting my policy schedule with a **** consent letter that was apparently signed by me. They sent out my policy details without my permission. I have never been this annoyed. How could you not comply with POPI Act as a big business like Outsurance???
