This person is so rude that I cannot even get a word in. I want to cancel my existing cover, as simple as that. No buts and stories!!! I tried to call you, but the phone just rings. Do not ask me to call you back if you cannot answer the phone. I request someone that can listen and in a management position to handle my request!
