DO YOU IN ALL HONESTY ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT?

<p>I was Listening to my favourite radio station Highveld, a few weeks ago and heard about the R400 quote promotion with Outsurance . I got a quote with outsurance for a comparison and Fortunately for me Outsurance could not beat my current insurer. The consultant who was assiting me said that he would send me an email that I have to reply to with my policy schedule as proof so they can evaluate it. I've been beeeeeeeeeeen waiting for this email.I've even called in a number of times only to be transferred from one department to another and then hung up on. This makes me wonder should I decide to take insurance with Outsurance someday in future will they pass me around untill I give up to get service? I really tought Outsurance was one of the best insurance companies in South Africa.</p>
