do not waste your time with this useless ******* insurer

<p>you have been charging me R1100 for a car valued at R140 000, furthermore you increase my premium by R500 to R1600 for the very same car of R140 000. I bought a mercedes ar R650 000 and Santam a reputable insurer isnsured it for R1649.00 dont you think that is a ripoff. I have cancelled my policy with you 05/10/2016 was told to fax my bank statement which i did as i would be paid out in 48 hours guess what 20 days later i am still awaiting my refund. you promise people the world on the radio and tv but your service stinks and your premiums are a *******. you have such useless idiots working at the call centre not forgetting rude. My last call was to a female named Mothlale on 24/10/2016 she promised to resolve this but till now she did not get back to me. people need to think twice about dealing with outsurance there are other more cheaper reputable insurance companies out there who have professional people working not useless clowns.</p> <p>I WANT TO KNOW WHEN IS MY MONEY GOING TO BE REFUNDED - NEXT STEP WILL BE THE PAPERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA</p>
