DO NOT USE OUTSURANCE PET INSURANCE GO WITH ONEPLAN INSTEAD - OUTSURANCE IS A BUNCH OF BULLSH*T

I have been struggling with these people for way too long!!

At first they tried to get out of not covering my dogs vet consultations after A LOT of fights , disrespect and just utter arrogance i have received from them they eventually realized that they are wrong and agreed to pay my money back

I have cancelled my policy with them since for ALL my animals because obviously they are useless and full of useless excuses ... its been more than a month and guess what ????

I STILL DIDN'T GET MY MONEY OR FEEDBACK AFTER SENDING MULTIPLE REQUESTS!!!

Outsurance service has been utterly appalling and tedious , they dont actually care its all just about money as they have obviously made it clear!

I want my money back!! you are quick to be rude or find excuses so be quick to pay my money back!!!
