Do not use Outsurance

I have a business insurance policy with Outsurance, where I pay over R5000 per month. On June 14th, I was the victim of an armed *******. I've sent through CCTV footage, the official call log from my security company, my telephone location and billing data, photos of all gear ******, serial numbers, the make, model, color, and registration number of my vehicle, and everything in between. To date, they have still not paid out my claim. All they have to offer are excuses. They refuse to answer what the delay is, and they continue subtracting my total premium, even though most of my gear was ******.

The assessor working on my claim is lax in answering my e-mails, and I constantly have to query from my side for updates. E-mails and letters from my attorney are being ignored.

By far the worst service I have ever received. I can honestly say that I do not recommend Outsurance to anyone. More headaches and hassles than anything else, and your gear is not safe when it is insured with them.
