Do not use Outsurance

Despite everyone warning me to not go for Outsurance I still gave them a chance just to be disappointed. Be careful whe you tae out the insurance. They are all happy go lucky when its the sale stage but when it comes to claiming and actually needed the insurance the its all Terms and conditions high excess that makes claiming useless and they hide it in the best way possible. You take out insurance if something breaks right? What does outsurance say, accidental damages not included. Only if it was your pets. How does this make sense??? Honestly. They phone at the wrong times, then have the audacity to tell you to phone in because I am never available when they phone. Then when we schedule a follow up call, my policy gets cancelled and no call received? Honestly this company don’t care about their clients. Yet i have never missed a paymet! They only care about money!!!
