DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS PATHETIC, HORRIBLE, WORTHLESS COMPANY
Our property was broken into in January, We laid a claim with Outsurance. This pathetic company with *********** workers has still not sorted anything out. The initial damages to our property was minor, since then no one could stay on the property due to the roof being damaged and windows being broken through the break-in. Since we laid the claim, the ******* basically wiped out the whole house solely because Outsurance has delayed sorting the house out. The initial damages were a few thousands rands to sort out, now the damages are a few hundred thousand rands, all because of this **** of a company that has no bother for their client's claims. No one should insure with this company because you will undergo undue stress, something that no one should experience, that's why we pay premiums to these companies. Outsurance is just horrible. You have to continuously call them for feedback, which their consultants who are dealing with your claim don't even have an idea of what's happening. They also look for ways to reduce the amount that they have to spend, while you will incur more costs because of their incompetence to handle your claim timely with due diligence. They do not have your interest as their client at hand.
Today we receive a call from your person dealing with this and was very quick to inform us that our policy might change because of these claims, yet the claims arising after the initial claim is a direct result of your failure to attend to our initial claim in a timely manner.
Now we get told that assessors must come to the property again. There is no indication as to when the assessor is going to come but very quick you was to inform of the possibility of change in my policy. Clearly Outsurance is more interested in taking our monies and not bother on attending to claims, so how can you state that clients are your top priority.
We have had assessors come to the property multiple times already and treated us like ********s, how many more times are assessors going to come before Outsurance actually attends to the damages on the property, of which about 90% of the damages are a direct result of Outsurance's failure to attend to our initial claims. Our policy is going to change and affect me because of the additional claims that you have to add on because of your failure to act timely. Furthermore, your assessors came onto the property when most damages was done and assessed it, yet again you want to send more assessors, which is fine, but it clearly looks like a tactic to not attend to the claims.
Do not say your clients are your priority when this is not the case.

It is course disappointing to see how you feel!
Our assessing manager contacted you and discussed the current status of the claim. After reviewing the chain of events which followed after you lodged the claim initially, it was decided we need to register 2 further claims. The reason was discussed with you.
We will ensure you are kept updated.
