DO NOT GO TO OUTSURANCE - I AM BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED
I had a car accident in January when some woman in a Mercedes T boned my car. While the damage is not extensive it is more than I can afford. So I put in a claim and I find my excess is R4000+ which I cannot afford to find or borrow. Also I cannot afford to hire a car while my car is in the panel beater. Also to add insult to injury the quote at Outsurance's panel beater is only valid for 6 months. When I asked Outsurance for help all they can offer me is the balance of the quote and take the car to a cheaper panel beater. So I will have an inferior job done. No help from Outsurance. AND I have been with them for 18 years.

Please note at sales stage we inform our clients of the excess - first amount payable in the event of a claim and this is per our agreement with you. The car rental company will also require a deposit before you collect the vehicle.
