Do not get in there

Today i called regarding my account. My details had to be updated and my insurance is costing me R100. Then this agent he calls himself a senior agent does not want to follow my requests. I am the client has to post on there website that they need to call me back as i am the client. I asked the customer agent/manager to ask Malusi will call me back as he dealt with me when the phone call was cut off. Do you think he ever phoned back? Outsurance has to many clients and I paid R1300 every month for the last 8years, does not count for anything!!! Outsurance please please cancel all my policies!!!
