<p><br />I am very angry</p> <p>Recently I called OUTSURANCE to get a quote for a car insurance</p> <p>To my surprise yesterday they debited my account without my approval for a car I do not have or not yet received.</p> <p>How is it that you debit my account without my approval I did not agree to that quote this *****</p> <p>You always say on your advert your quote are obligation free. But you have put through a debit order without confirming the status of me getting the delivery of the car </p> <p>I want this debit order reversed and my money returned to my account immediately or I will cancel the existing insurance I have with you</p>
