Dissatisfied with insurance
Just watch the fine print because when it's time to pay out they ensure they get away with not paying. I rated an awesome rating however I would like to retract that. There is a fight for everything. Eventually one feels like just giving up. The service is supposed to be easy over the phone dealing but trust me, all the want is one to sign up and then they got you. Heaven forbid if you need to claim. Im disappointed really I am!

13 Aug 2025, 13:12I write this story in frustration and to bring it to everyones attension what a battle this is to complete this claim. First of all I did not ask or my car to get ******. Now the salvaging department within Outsurance now believes my personal car belongs to a company and has completed the document accordingly The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing unfortunately.
Your money is taken off every month which is ok until one has to claim then the payout wont happen and Following lots of emails. I will not sign any incorrectly completed document. This is frustration!!! Now I am unable to go and look for a car because outsurance cannot complete the claim. I have the documents that the cla representative said I must have.... This is totally ridiculous!! Now Avis just took an amount off my account without any form of notification or query. Im reall sick of this terrible experience I am experiencing
