Dissatisfied Customer

We live in Zambia and have tried changing my details with Out Insurance with little success. I have sent them emails and receive a refence number for the email sent, but that is waste of time, as no one response to your emails. I was in SA two weeks ago and called them but looks like they have not done our request. Now back in Zambia it is a mission to phone and get a service. The cost to phone and you have to go through a answering machine is madness. My Zambian number is +***38
