Dissatisfaction and Concerns Regarding Recent Interaction

I was initially directed to speak with Obakeng Segola regarding an accident claim. However, I have now received calls from a different individual who, regrettably, exhibited a level of rudeness that has left me unsettled.

Given the circumstances surrounding the accident, where I firmly believe I am not at fault, coupled with the recent initiation of my policy with Outsurance (Policy Number: OT***), I am disheartened by the treatment I have experienced. This is especially concerning as I feel manipulated by the same company to which I have entrusted my business.

I have stressed my concerns during our conversations. If this level of harassment and the sense of being treated as an outsider persist, I am compelled to consider canceling my policy with Outsurance. It is disheartening to feel like an opportunity for business rather than a valued member of the Outsurance family.
