Dissapointing experience

<p>After initially taking life cover with them and then subsequently cancelling due to finding a better offer else where even after cancelling R812.07 was taken even after being told it wont and after enquiring about a resubmission fee which i was notified about in a email i was advised by the consultant its a mistake now early today an additional R482 61 was taken when calling was told they would get back to me but to no avail i called again and was told yet again they would get back to till now very dissapointed and doubt will ever do business again</p>
