Dissapointed to the core

After being with outsurance for more than 5 years, and never skipping a payment I came to face financial difficulty last year and my insurance was cancelled. After explaining and asking to reinstate my account my premium went up double the payment than it was. I moved over to another Insurance company for a few months with the intent to switch back to Outsurance as I was advised, when I did this I was told since my car is paid up I don't qualify for comprehensive cover but for essential cover, and this essential cover was for a ridiculous price compared to the comprehensive cover I currently have with an Insurer. I am very dissapointed in Outsurance . Oh and don't they offer money back when they can't beat a price?
