Disrespectful representative

one of the people that control the traffic at midrand, le roux road across the engen garage was so rude to me. There was a incident today where I couldn't see one of the controllers because she was hidden by the cars turning into engen garage, so I proceeded to travel straight and I realized that she was there when I was in the middle of the intersection that they've created and was prompted to stop due to an oncoming car. My issue was the attitude that the male controller gave me, at which I understood, on my way back towards their man made intersection, I pulled over to try explain to him and apologize for my mistake however I was belittled and sown at, asked if I was blind and scolded that I must report him, these are words coming out of his mouth, showing how little he cares for the job and clearly the people on the roads that his hands are in when he controls the traffic....I never thought I'd get so much disrespect from an outsurance representative especially because I was apologising.
