Disrespectful & bad attitude
<p>i must express my horror and dissapointment. what i expected to be a simple experience of getting an insurance quote left me feeling insulted at the end of the call bcos the consultant was unable to beat my current insurance premium and almost made me beg to take the next step fwd of claiming the promo advertised on east coast radio. </p>
