Disrespectful Attitude! Goods ****** out of Car

My vehicle was released to me on the 17th June 2015, with the affiliate Tow Company that Outsurance use. When I saw my vehicle, my Driver Side window was wide open, my items were indeed not in my vehicle, the carpets had been lifted which means that there was snooping. I contacted SMD as well as Outsurance to locate and sort the issue out.Ibraheem Paruk - contacted me today, and stated that I need proof that my items were in fact in there (Which I have from SMD) and that my friend signed my car over and that was basically stating that they could take my car, well looking at the email conversations my car had items in them and now not. This man is the most *********** person I have ever spoken to, he interrupted me while I was speaking and kept on saying \\Prove it
