Disregard to TCF
I don't know how to say this but I am so disappointed with outsurance customer service, no regard to TCF at all. In December they cancelled my funeral cover with no communication, called the call center to find out and Nikita Chetty told me she will find out and feedback, nothing from your so called friendly consultant coz no manager will be so ***********.
