DISPUTING SIAS ADMINISTRATION OUTSURANCE
I am highly disappointed in outsurance as a new customer. I have never owed any money and am even considering cancelling my policy with them due to seeing a SIAS administration: outsurance account on my credit report. This is really frustrating and very unprofessional of outsurance to register me as if I OWE them. I need them to remove this from my credit report now

We are members of the Credit Providers Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums.
Justin our sales manager has been in contact with you to address your concerns. You sent Justin a screen shot of your Clear Score app and Justin went through the detail with you. Please be advised, there isn't a listing against you, on the app it's indicating that you pay on time and there is no money owing or outstanding.
