Disputed claim
I registered a claim with outsurance on the 01 October 2024 claiming as a third party where their client had bumped into my car whilst driving on Du-Preeze street in Nelspruit.
The motor bike driver (A client to outsurance) bumped into my car on the 30th of August 2024 as I was turning into my complex. After many follow ups with outsurance, I was sent a dispute that they are not liable for the damages on my car and my claim is disputed.

You should not be sorry because you have just won a case which you were determined to win over an individual with no legal backing.
Look, disapointment is an understatement, am disgusted at outsurance siding with ********s on the road. You, big team did not bother to investigate the case but you were so determined to conclude that your ******** of a client is not liable for bumbing into my car on the road.
It just one case you have won, but the whole South Africa must know that you are covering individuals and businesses for car insurance but you do not want to pay when its time for you to do so. You are siding with ********s using your legal backing. You took more that six weeks to respond to my matter only to ptovide a response that is not based on any investigation, why did you take the whole six weeks plus to respond if all that could take you was to call your client, listen to his lie and dispute my claim, why didnt you dispute on the very first day I submitted my claim because you already knew that your clients are not guilty on the road.
