Dismissive attitude to R400 promise

Thabo Mohlala from Outsurance called me when I sent an sms for the R400 promise. Basically he couldn't beat my current insurance premium even though I was willing to take a higher excess and all I wanted was at least for the price to be matched. <br> I was charged about R70 more with a higher excess and this was not attractive to me. The friendly tone of the consultant suddenly changed to rude and dismissive especially when I wanted to claim the R400. Reason he put up is that I did a quote within 6months. Where in the adverts is that said? I mean I should have been told that before we started with the quote but then I asked to claim on the previous quote then and I was told \\I should have asked to be paid when I did the first quote\.
