Dishonesty from Outsurance

they phoned me to do a quote for car insurance, they told me that if they cant beat my premium they will give me R400. As expected they did not beat my premium and the consultant nosipho said she was going to send me a link, the only link i got was to rate her service. I attempted phoning them twice about this then on both occasions they told me they going to phone me back which they never did. they advertise all over that if they dont beat your premium they will give you R400 but now they dont honour the deal.

I dont want them phoning me again and you shouldnt waste your time with such a dishonest company
