Dishonesty

I cancelled my vehicle insurance on the 12 Sept 2022 effective 19 September 2022 due to a 17% increase for not claiming. Outsurance then owed me a refund to the value of R188.65. It is now more than 30 days and they still haven paid me the money owed to me. Yesterday I spoke to Ashley Maredi who claimed that the money will be in my bank account this morning. Guess what it is still doesn't reflect. I have now made 3 calls to outsurance to have this resolved. No luck. I guest out surance are experiencing financial difficulty if they cannot refund me where needed. They have deducted for more than 21 years and now they dont know how to refund. Pathetic service to say the least. I refuse to call them again, they can take the money and stick it where the sun dont shine.
