Dishonesty

I was given a quote on my ford fiesta 1.4 ambiente 2014 on the 18th Aug as i wanted to go fetch the car from dealer i was given an excess of R4500 with a disc premium of R868 so they said but the quote that they sent to me was with an excess R3820 with a prem of R977.08 they told me if i accept the quote they will use the disc premiums which they did so R1078.95 including initiation of R307 was deducted on the 20th before the deduction i sent back an emailing asking them to rectify my info as it was incorrect on the quote..the next morning i spoke to Leremi he confirmed that he got my email & was looking at it as we spoke and he is busy changing my info & he will resend my schedule but he never did.on the 24th i sent another email for them to rectify my info as it was still not corrected there was no response until i called in today & spoke to Jannie as he was taking my correct info he told me the premium will change with 2 options one of R1500 with an excess of R1400 & R1900 with excess of R6500.This very unacceptable as there is a very big gap between the amounts & i gave them correct info from the start & now if i dont take this option my car is not covered which is NONSENSE
