Dishonest, Misleading and a Complete Rip-Off.
I would give them a negative score if I could - Dishonest, Misleading and a complete Rip-Off. Do not take cover with Outsurance, they are quick to debit but when it is time to claim they Do Not Pay and look for every reason not to and they do not value long standing Customers that they have taken money from. I took our Pet Insurance with them and have paid for months but when the time came to put through a claim I was told that there was a waiting Period even though it was not a Pre-Existing condition and my Pet has always been in excellent Health. I have cancelled my Cover as I definitely do not want to be dealing with a Company that is dishonest and a rip-off.

We understand the rejection of the claim was a huge disappointment.
Our claims manage, Michelle, contacted you. She explained the waiting period of 12 months did apply, but not for a pre-existing condition, but as a part of the conditions we don't cover within the first 12 months.
The call was audited and our advisor read the relevant scripting to you. The schedule and policy wording, which are sent to clients after acceptance of cover, list the benefit limits and exclusions which clients can refer to.
We assure you we will at all times settle valid claims.
