Dishonest company
I was called by outsurance who promised me to beat my insurance cover. They didn't and they gave me the link to submit my documents. The guy offered me another cover for my contents. He told me that I'm getting the 500 and did not explain that once I take the contents cover I forfeit 500.I want this content cover cancelled with immediate effect and my money to be refunded. Im not going to deal with dishonest people so please, I want my money back asap and remove me from your contacts. I don't want anything to do with outsurance

There is one special lady by the name of Keneiloe Chiloane in your retentions department who made me give outsurance a chance to solve this. She is a gem for your company.she deserves to be in that department because she is excellent with her job. Big ups to her and she deserves recognition for her job well done. If im not getting a response tomorrow then please cancel my policy and refund me my premium asap.
