Dishonest company

<p>Ok so where do we start. My son was involved in an accident with one of your clients on the 5th of May 2016 at about 7:05 am on the corner of Leyds and Francis Baard street in Pretoria. He was stationary at red light waiting for it to turn green. When it went green he pulled of with the cars beside him and your client didnt bother to stop, skipped the red robot and my son drove into the side of her BMW. The person next to my son going in the same direction as my son just missed your client and luckily pulled over to be a witness to the accident. Traffic officers arrived on the scene and took statements. My son got the witness to go to the police station to do an affidavit which he did. We sent all the documentation to outsurance to handle the claim as my son did not have insurance at the time. You guys rejected the claim right away stating your client was not at fault. We sent you all the police reports and written witness statements showing that your client was at fault but because your client **** on her claim form you will just accept it as the truth even though we gave you all the evidence. We once again sent you the claim forms just to receive a call not long after that telling us the claim has been rejected as your client was not at fault. Did you even bother to read the paperwork we sent? The police reports? The witness statements? No you didn't because if you did you would not be acting the way you are. It is utterly disgraceful from OUTsurance to protect their client even though we have proof that your client was at fault. Your client does have liability cover so what is the problem? This just tells me that OUTsurance is not an ethical company to work with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am also an OUTsurance client in my personal capacity and I will cancel my insurance because of this. Just because my son has no insurance and really no one to fight for him it is ok to do this to him? I think not........OUTsurance you are a dishonest company and I trully hope that everybody reading this thinks twice about using you.</p>
