Dishonest claim/quote info

I had an accident with my car and Outsurance said it had to be written off. They said the cost of the radiator fan alone was R5 000. I phoned the car manufacturer and they said it only costs R882.00. Now Outsurance also wants to pay out less than the retail value of the car, which is in breach of our contract which has a credit shortfall, and we have to jump through hoops to get all the information because they are questioning EVERYTHING in order to pay as little as possible. I'm so disappointed, I will not recommend them to anyone!
