Dishonest!!!
So i request a quote for full vehicle comprehensive cover , the quote given doesnt beat my current isurer infact doesnt even come close so i ask to speak to someone because outsurance says if they "cant" beat it they will pay us. They send me a link via email which requires an otp , i dont recieve the otp thinking its my cellphone so i call in and i have it changed a new link is then sent to me and still no otp. i call back in and i speak to a guy named "Shaun" who advises he will resend the opt and STILL NO OTP. You guys need to honor your commitment and not give potential client a run around. I hope this messages reaches the eyes of someone willing to uphold the name of the company :)
