Dishonest

Since Outsurance went on public advertising their Car insurance and stating that if they cannot bit your currently insurance they will refund you R400.00.On the 27 of October i have called them and requested the Quota looking for join them if they can bit my current Insurance,but unfortunately they didnt bit my current one.The consultant told me that he will send me an email and i have to attache my currently insurance contract and proof of banking details so that they can refund me R400.00.After immediately i receive an SMS with *** and since that time till now im still waiting for that specific email,when i called back on the 28th they said that consultant didnt sent me the email,now the current one said he did and also gave me him name and surname ,i got sms with ref 38359 .I waited and no email came through.Today when i again ,the consultant told me that maybe my email blocked their email as it is corporate one,i then gave them my private email address,even now after 5 hours nothing came through.Outsurance must stop fooling people about the R400 reward and just sell their product,I dont trust them anymore and what ever they say in the media i will never trust them.
