Disgusting, useless, unhelpful staff

I am so distrustful of this company. Almost a week has passed and I got only 1 call today to ask if anyone contacted me. I had an accident last week. I called then and gave the police report number. Until today, NO ONE contacted me. So it seems that my car WILL NEVER GET REPAIRED. I WISH I NEVER TOOK OUTSURANCE. They smooth talking salemen convinced me to change to outsurance. They are so unreliable and ***********. They don't care about their clients inconvenience at all. Really disgusted and disappointed. So it means I was paying premiums for nothing as I will have to repair it myself. Such *********** staff they have!!! I'm so angry and upset.
