DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE PET DEPARTMENT
DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE PET DEPARTMENT. Pet@ outsurance emailed me in August to say that my monthly premium payment was increasing by almost 30%. I called to tell them that was ridiculous, as my 2 dogs had only either vet once each, in the past year. Person said he would look into it and get back to me...which he didn't, instead I received an email the following day saying that the increase would now be almost 20%. I called pet @ out and asked to speak to a supervisor, who was in a meeting ...as they always are, when you want to speak to them. Asked for him to call me back, which didn't happen , so the following week I called again and as usual he was in a meeting. Eventually he called me back and I explained the situation to him, and he was very shocked that the agent didn't call me, but just sent an email explaining the new price increase. I asked the supervisor if he could call me back in an hour as I was at the car wash and the call was coming through the speakers in my car , to which he responded " of course, no problem at all".... Well that didn't happen, no follow up from the supervisor at all. A week later I called again and asked for the supervisor, who was as usual IN A MEETING. A few hours later he did return my call, but I was on another call so couldn't answer the call. The following day which was a Saturday, I received a call from outsurance to say that the Supervisor tried calling me the previous day, and to let me know that he would call me on Monday...well that didn't happen. The following week I called pet@ Out again and asked to speak to the Supervisor, only to be told that he was on leave for the week. Then why did an agent call me on a Saturday to tell me that the supervisor would call me on the Monday, when he was actually going to be on leave???? (Remember I probably made more than 10 calls to outsurance regarding this matter, and probably sat on each call between 5 and 10 minutes . And the calls are all charged, so I waisted so much airtime fealing with *********** PEOPLE AT OUTSURANCE). I asked the Agent to speak to a supervisor who wasn't on leave, and guess what...She was in a meeting. The agent said the supervisor would call me back As soon as she finished her meeting....well that didn't happen. A few days later I called pet@ Out again and asked to speak to the Supervisor. My call was directed to a supervisor, the supervisor answered in a very unfriendly tone. I told the supervisor that I had left her a message to please return my call, to which she responded that she hadn't received the message. I explained my issue to her and her reply in a very RUDE TONE was that they had sent my query to the finance department and there was nothing they could do, so my increase would remain at almost 20%. Asked why I had received no feedback and why they would do nothing to assist, since I have been a client of outsurance for many years . Her replies were very short and very rude, to which I then proceeded to tell how rude she was and how disgusted I was by her rudeness. When I told her that I was going to post this all over social media, her tone and attitude changed....but I'd had enough and hung up the phone. I then received probably 5 calls from her , and I didn't bother to answer them. Outsurance can fo through the calls and verify everything I am saying in this complaint , regarding PATHETIC SUPERVISORS, STAFF AND SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE PET DEPARTMENT.
