Disgusting service for a supposed professional company

<p>Had a small accident out of the country due to masive pot holes. Called outsurance and vehicle wat booked into a repair centre in edenvale. They took 1 month with a repairs after many phone calls and we were never contacted back. Eventually got out vehicle back unfinished. They claimed to have done all the work but had not. Tried to complain to outsurance about the extremely bad service. They said they would look into it. Their man handling the case is Richlan Naidoo. I have called him 20 odd times and left messages for him to return my calls but to no avail. If this is the kind of service we are getting on a minor repair, imagine a big repair. Im so disgusted in their service and dont recommend anyone to use outsurance. </p>
